Easy Property Management is an Ottawa-based property management company serving landlords, real estate investors, and tenants across the National Capital Region. We provide full-service residential property management, leasing, and renovation coordination — built around one simple idea: owning a rental property shouldn’t mean managing it yourself.
Our team handles the day-to-day work that rental ownership demands — tenant communication, rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, and lease administration — while keeping owners informed at every step. When a tenancy requires formal action, we also support landlords through Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) processes, including notice preparation, filing support, and hearing attendance where permitted.
